The new Order Status featuring will be rolling out this month. Below is the preview of the status bar with each step along the way from order placement to order shipped.

Once the tool is ready to go, you will just go to the URL “https://www.eve-company.com/order-status” and add “/#####" for your order number. Example would be customer with Order #12345 would go to URL https://www.eve-company.com/order-status/12345

You will be prompted for a password. The password to your order status page will be the email you used to checkout!
